Making
a Booking
Using our
booking system is convenient and easy. Simply request your accommodation
dates and once your request has been confirmed your booking is secured
and paid in full at a greatly reduced rate.
Booking
Process
- Choose the accommodation
package which best suits your requirements.
- Complete the booking
request form including your payment details.
- SeeOz will then process
your request.
- Upon acceptance
by the property of your booking your credit card will be debited the
full amount for your accommodation including extra persons and extra
nights as requested by you the customer outside the initial package
inclusions.
- You will then be
notified via email of your confirmed reservation complete with a numbered
booking confirmation voucher. You will be required to present this voucher
upon check-in.
- If your dates are
unavailable SeeOz will advise you of alternate
dates for your consideration.
- All miscellaneous
in-house charges not a part of the accommodation deal such as
phone calls, mini bars etc and any additional people or nights not pre
booked are payable by the guest directly to the property.

BOOKING
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Each
accommodation listing contains individual terms and conditions. Where
package prices are displayed the total price for the number of nights
and people is indicated - not per person.
- Additional
costs such as extra nights, extra people and excluded dates and surcharges
are all detailed for each package and must be accepted prior to purchase.
- All
bookings are subject to availability at time of booking. We advise
you book well in advance to avoid disappointment. Most QLD properties
include both QLD and NSW School Holiday Periods.
- Some
properties may require a security deposit or credit card imprint
upon check-in.
- Standard
configuration for a motel unit will be a double or queen size bed.
1 bedroom apartment double or queen size bed.2 bedroom apartment,
double or queen size bed and 2 single beds. Please note that not all
properties will have queen size beds.
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, Bankcard
for payment.
- All
package prices include Goods and Services Tax (GST) if applicable.
- You
must be at least 18 years of age to book accommodation through SeeOz Pty Ltd.
- Please
note that the full payment for the booking will be charged to your
card at the time of issuing the booking confirmation voucher.
When possible we respond to booking
requests within 24 hours Monday to
Friday. However, sometimes hotels take a longer time to respond to our
request. If we cannot accommodate your request,
we will contact you with details of an alternative property. Generally
we require at least
03 - 05 working days to process your booking requests.
For urgent reservations under 72 hours to check in date please call
our office on 1300 733 377 Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5.30 pm Sydney
Time for assistance.
Amendment Fees
Any
amendment to your booking is subject to the approval of the relevant
Operator. Any approved change to your booking may incur an amendment
fee of $33.00 in addition to any fees imposed by the Operator.
Cancellations and Refunds
In
most instances, the following fees will be charged if you cancel or
terminate your holiday earlier than expected, for whatever reason. It
should be noted that some Operators’ cancellation conditions vary
and may be as high as 100% of monies paid. Travel insurance (see details
below) may cover the following cancellation fees due to unforeseen circumstances.
Bookings cancelled more than 7 days
prior to travel: Your payment will be refunded less
a $110 processing fee and further charges may apply as per accommodation
operators own policy.
Bookings cancelled less than 8 days
prior to travel: Low and Mid Seasons – Your payment will be refunded less a $110
processing fee and further charges may apply as per accommodation operators
own policy.
High Season -Your payment will not be refunded.
