These Terms and Conditions govern the use of www.seeoz.com.au (“the website”) seeoz-e club membership and the purchase of goods from it. The website is owned and operated by SeeOz Pty Ltd (ABN 65 003 965 428). Any queries you may have regarding www.seeoz.com.au should be directed to sales@seeoz.com.au or by phoning (02) 4915 0010 prior to booking on this website.
Acknowledgment and acceptance of Terms and Conditions
Please note that by accessing, using or browsing this website you agree to be bound by its terms, conditions, disclaimers and limitations of liability (“Terms and Conditions”). See Australia Holidays reserve the right to amend or update such terms, conditions, disclaimers and limitations of liability at any time without providing notice to you. By using the website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.
Limitation of Liability
Any liability of SeeOz or SeeOz associates in connection with goods or services supplied to you will, subject to any non-excludable liability for breach of conditions or warranties implied by legislation and to the maximum extent permitted by law, at the election of SeeOz be limited to.
- in relation to goods, the supplying of equivalent goods
- in relation to services, the supplying of the services of equivalent value

In the development and production of this Website, SeeOz is fully reliant of the information supplied by the persons, organisations and companies, being the (operators) and therefore suppliers of product and services within. SeeOz has taken all reasonable steps in requesting the information provided is as it should be and in all intensive purposes is true and correct at the time of publication. See Australia Holidays renounces claims and will be exempt from liability in respect of anything misleading, false, incomplete or inaccurate and any errors, misdescription and all associated disappointment, loss, expense, damage, inconvenience, delay, death, shock, illness or injury, however caused.

See Australia Holidays disclaims and will be exempt from liability for anything to do with the supply of such Products. This includes liability (whether as a matter of contract, tort, statute, restitution, or otherwise) for any direct, indirect or consequential loss, liability, claim, cost, expense, proceeding, demand, penalty, disappointment, death, injury, illness, shock, inconvenience or delay. This limitation of liability also applies irrespective of the cause, including negligence of us or an Operator, withdrawal, cancellation or failure to provide a Product, delay, any variation in the Product, the provision of substitute Products or a change in the Operator. Without limitation, we will not be responsible if the Product is not available due to inclement weather conditions or other Acts of God.

All pricing and conditions are subject to change without notice. Some Operators may impose conditions that vary from the conditions stated in this site. Prices listed in this site are in Australian Dollars and include GST where applicable, but do not include transport from your Home port to holiday destination and return, items of a personal nature, meals, transfers and existing or proposed taxes and government charges, unless otherwise indicated.
Bonds
Bonds
or credit card imprints may be required by Accommodation Operators providing
a telephone, mini bar and/or other facilities in the room. Other bonds
may apply to certain product or at certain times of the year.
See Australia Holidays strongly recommends travel insurance to all our customers as it may protect you if you cancel your holiday due to unforeseen circumstances.
Some Accommodation Operators provide courtesy transfers from airports/railway stations. It is essential that these transfers are pre-booked. Some Tour Operators provide complimentary pick up and return to your holiday accommodation. This service must be confirmed with the Operator 24 hours prior to departure.
Some extended tours require a minimum number of passengers to operate. If minimum numbers are not achieved tours may be cancelled at short notice. See Australia Holidays will not be held liable if an Operator fails to promptly inform you of a service variation, cancellation, delay or withdrawal.
Suppliers
If you enter into a transaction through SeeOz to purchase services or vouchers for those services provide directly by a third party, SeeOz is not responsible for the provision of those services or for any misunderstanding between you and the supplier.
Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of your booking or compensation of any form.
Release and Indemnity
You agree to waive any and all claims that you now have or may have in the future against SeeOz Pty Ltd and SeeOz Associates which relate to or are incidental to any transaction.
You agree to indemnify and hold SeeOz harmless from and against any and all claims, loss or expense that may be incurred by See Australia Holidays or SeeOz Associates which relate to or are incidental to the performance of its duties as described in these Terms and Conditions including all costs of defending itself against a claim by any other person and/or as a result of you taking any action or refraining from taking any action or instituting or defending any action or legal proceeding.
You further agree to indemnify and hold SeeOz and SeeOz Associates harmless from any claim made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of this website, the violation of these Terms and Conditions by you, or the infringement by you, or other users of this website using your membership account, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.
Terms and conditions of seeoz-e-club membership
To become a seeoz-e club member you must read the terms and conditions below. By registering and participating in the seeoz-e club you agree to abide by the following terms.
I verify that I am at least 18 years of age.
I will not use SeeOz products and services for self gain or enrichment.
Seeoz-e club entitles you to special offers and discounts via email. Seeoz-e club is for your exclusive use only and is non-transferable. You may update, edit your details or terminate your seeoz-e club membership at any time. Seeoz-e club offers can only be booked by signing in with your username and password. Fraudulent uses of your seeoz-e club membership will result in automatic cancellation of your membership, any monies paid will automatically be forfeited. SeeOz retains the rights to refuse or cancel memberships and membership privileges without notice and for any reasons that SeeOz sees fit and reasonable.
As a seeoz-e club member you are responsible for maintaining the confidentially of your user name and password. You agree to take responsibility for all activities that occur under your seeoz-e club member user name and password.
By using your seeoz-e club username and password constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions of the seeoz-e club agreement which appears on the SeeOz website www.seeoz.com.au.
